April 21 - TEXAS District 30: Congressman Eddie Bernice Johnson (D), 81, announced she will seek reelection one more time next year, then retire in 2020.

April 21 - NEBRASKA District 2: Ex-Congressman Brad Ashford (D) says either he or his wife, Ann Ferlic Ashford (D), will run vs Congressman Don Bacon (R) next year.

April 21 - ILLINOIS District 6: Suzyn Price (D) enters race vs Congressman Peter Roskam (R).

April 21 - ALASKA: Congressman Don Young (R) - age 83 - will seek reelection to a 24th term next year.

April 21 - MICHIGAN: Shri Thanedar (D) enters open gubernatorial race.

April 21 - CALIFORNIA District 24: Michael Erin Woody (R) to run vs freshman Congressman Salud Carbajal (D).
